Ross Preston, CIO, Group Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>\n

Having qualified as a solicitor with Allen & Overy in London, Ross joined HSBC Investment Bank in London and latterly New York where he was MD International Sales Trading and Operations. He then later moved to Numis Corporation plc where he set up, and was CEO of, their US operation based in New York. Ross left New York in 2006 and joined NWL in 2007.\u00a0Since then, Ross has overseen the continuous growth of NWL in terms of assets under management and also furthering its expansion into differing geographies with NWL now having global representation.<\/p>\n

David Preston, Managing Director<\/b><\/p>\n

David is a graduate of the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand in London.\u00a0Having qualified, David then spent a number of years with Deloitte in Guernsey and London, eventually moving into Deloitte\u2019s offshore services business where he specialised in the provision of corporate and trustee services.\u00a0 In 2002, David joined the Mercator Group which was based in Guernsey and then became Managing Director in 2004.\u00a0 The Mercator Group became part of IQEQ Group in 2018. The IQEQ Group is a global investor services business specialising in the provision of trustee and corporate services to wealthy families, individuals, institutions, family offices and offshore investment funds.\u00a0 David stepped down from his role as Managing Director of IQEQ Guernsey in November 2021 and joined NWL in March 2022.<\/p>\n

Dickon Addis, Director, Head of Portfolio Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dickon studied Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering at university and spent two years working for ICI and Zeneca, before beginning his investment career with Furno and Del Castano Capital Partners focussing on their long only equity funds. He then spent four and a half years in International Institutional Equity Sales at Lehman Brothers in London before relocating to Guernsey and joining NWL in 2009. Dickon has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry, and became Head of Portfolio Management at NWL in 2017.<\/p>\n

Dale Hubber-Richard, CAIA, Chairman of Investment Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dale is a highly experienced and qualified investment professional, holding FCIS, CAIA and CFA UK\u2019s ASIP qualifications and has over twenty years of investment management and private wealth management expertise. He has held senior and board positions at trust, asset manager and closed and open-ended fund firms. Over the course of his career, Dale has provided financial services to clients and corporates based in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, France, Singapore and the Cayman Islands.\u00a0Currently, he is a member of the CFA UK\u2019s Social Media Working Group and leader of the CFA UK\u2019s Eminent Speaker Group. Dale joined NWL in 2019 and being a Canadian national was able to assist with NWL\u2019s expansion into North America. He is also chairman of NWL\u2019s Investment Committee.<\/p>\n

Robert Callagy, CFA, Fixed Interest & Capital Market Research <\/strong><\/p>\n

Robert Callagy focuses on macroeconomic and capital market research.\u00a0 He has over 25 years\u2019 experience and has expertise in fixed income related products and funds.\u00a0 Specifically, Mr. Callagy has expertise in generic fixed income asset classes such as sovereigns, agency pass-throughs, and investment grade corporates in addition to agency (collateralized mortgage obligations) financial engineered structures. Prior experience includes wealth management family offices (multi-fund and asset class), equity research (co-authored over 350 published equity research reports) at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (New York), and private placements\/securitizations.\u00a0 He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Economics, Finance & Accounting.\u00a0 Mr. Callagy has also completed substantial work towards a Ph.D. in Financial Economics (A.B.D.) \u2013 MIT.\u00a0 Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree (with distinction) from Yale University in Economics.\u00a0 Mr. Callagy is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR).<\/p>\n

Eleni Falla, H<\/b>ead of Client Services<\/b><\/p>\n

Eleni is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning along with several other accreditations from the Chartered Insurance Institute. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she has developed extensive expertise across both client-facing and operational functions. Eleni plays a key role in managing the entire client journey, from initial onboarding through to ongoing relationship management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. Having joined NWL in 2022, Eleni now leads the Client Services team which serves as the first point of contact for both clients and advisers alike.<\/p>\n
